  • ADC Senior R&D Scientist / Deputy Manager

    Job Description:

    1. Utilize internal and external platforms for antibody discovery, linker-payload screening, and optimization to complete the POC (Proof-of-Concept) verification in the ADC drug discovery stage.

    2. Establish a comprehensive ADC evaluation system using internal and external platforms, including antibody screening evaluation, ADC druggability evaluation, pharmacological evaluation, etc., to rapidly advance the ADC research and development pipeline.

    3. Responsible for the development and application of new ADC technologies, including the design and development of conjugation, linkers, and payloads.

    4. Coordinate various modules within the company to drive project progress, ensuring effective, orderly, and timely completion of projects.

    5. Actively complete work related to the position assigned by superiors.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.

    2. Possess 3-5 years or more of ADC research and development experience, with practical work experience in the field of ADC drug development.

    3. Preference for those with long-term experience in front-line synthesis, familiar with ADC linker-drug process development.

    4. Preference for those familiar with the entire project development process, with experience in advancing projects from discovery to the clinical stage.

    5. In-depth understanding and practical experience in the R&D and industrialization process of ADC drugs, preferably with relevant experience in CROs or large pharmaceutical companies in the field of ADCs.

    6. Good communication skills, team spirit, and project management experience.

    7. Possess a solid academic research background, preferably with relevant publications.

  • ADC R&D Scientist

    Job Description:

    1. Primarily responsible for the development, evaluation, and analytical testing of ADC conjugation processes.

    2. Conduct small-scale conjugation experiments, ADC sample preparation, conjugation and purification process development, optimization, and scale-up in the R&D laboratory to support preclinical studies.

    3. Assist with ADC experimental design, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the ADC pipeline progresses as planned.

    4. Assist the project lead with daily tasks and provide regular progress updates to supervisors.

    5. Participate in the construction and daily management of the ADC laboratory.

    6. Responsible for researching and procuring research materials and equipment.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.

    2. Possess 2-3 years of experience in ADC research and development, with at least 1 year of experience in ADC conjugation process development.

    3. Familiar with various traditional random conjugation and site-specific conjugation techniques, preferably with experience in developing two or more conjugation processes.

    4. Good experimental operation skills, good laboratory habits, and experience in analytical testing (e.g., HIC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC) is preferred.

    5. Good communication skills, team spirit, and project management experience.

    6. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, innovation, team spirit, and awareness of intellectual property confidentiality.
