    LKtime has established a rapid protein preparation platform based on transient transfection and stable transfection bulk pool.

  • Protein samples can be quickly obtained through transient transfection in the early drug discovery stage. LKtime Biotech has built mature mammalian cells (CHO, 293) transient expression platforms which can quickly, effectively and flexibly provide clients with samples from mg to g levels.
  • The stable transfection bulk pool uses the same expression host cell and culture process as the CMC stage, so that the protein samples used in the R&D stage are more representative.

  • The transient transfection platform of CHO and 293 cells can meet the different protein quality requirements.
  • The process optimization has the characteristics of low cost and high performance.
  • High expression level reaching up to g/L; suitable for different culture volumes ranging from 30mL to 2L. Samples ranging from mg to g can be provided within 3-6 weeks.
